Yeast infection is one of the most awful infections that is caused by a fungus or yeast. It gets stimulated by a group of microscopic fungi known as Candida Albicans.

Yeasts multiply them in area that retain moisture and warmth. They might make their way into the skin through cuts or cracked skin.

Candidiasis embraces infections that range from apparent,like vaginitis and thrush infection to life-threatening infections.The most common areas in which yeast can develop inside the human body are:

  1. Mouth Yeast infection, also known as Oral thrush infection or Oropharyngeal Candidiasis. This occurs in the form of milky white patches on the tongue, lips & even inside the cheeks.

  1. Esophagitis,this infection starts when the immune system becomes weak. It also occurs when the swallowing of food gets difficult as it passes through esophagus

  1. Vaginal Yeast infection, type of yeast infection develops in the most sensitive region vulva of the vagina. It is the second most common vaginal infection after bacterial vaginosis which almost every woman suffers from.

  1. Cutaneous Candidiasis develops inside the skin, leads to itching, and rashes on the folds in the skin.

  1. Candidemia, this is the most horrible yeast infection that can even claim life. It occurs in people who have less immunity and are prone to AIDS or cancer.
